These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FittPub website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using FittPub, you agree to comply with these terms. If anything doesn’t sit right with you, that’s completely okay, but p.s: you're missing alot!

1. Use of the Platform

FittPub provides a digital platform that allows users to browse, order, and subscribe to healthy meals and beverages.

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order

  • Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the platform or its services

FittPub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Account Registration

Certain features may require users to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate personal information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

FittPub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are suspected of misuse.

3. Orders and Availability

Orders may be placed through the FittPub application or website.

All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Order confirmation

  • Delivery service availability in your area

FittPub reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the platform are shown in the applicable local currency.

Prices may:

  • Change at any time without prior notice

  • Vary depending on promotions, location, or subscription plans

The final price of an order may include:

  • Applicable taxes

  • Delivery fees

  • Service fees where applicable

The total amount payable will always be shown before completing the purchase.

5. Payments

Payments for orders and subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By placing an order, you authorize FittPub or its payment partners to charge the payment method provided.

FittPub does not store full payment card information.


6. Delivery

FittPub offers delivery services depending on the user's location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather

  • High order volume

  • Operational circumstances beyond our control

Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. FittPub is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

7. Subscriptions and Meal Plans

FittPub may offer meal plan subscriptions that include scheduled deliveries.

Subscription users may be able to:

  • Pause deliveries

  • Modify meal selections

  • Skip upcoming orders

These actions must be completed within the deadlines specified in the application.

Failure to make changes before the deadline may result in the scheduled delivery being processed.

8. Subscription Meal Selection Policy

  • The Chicken Subscription includes chicken meals only.

  • The Mix Subscription includes a variety of meals such as beef, seafood, and other proteins, in addition to chicken meals.

  • Chicken meals make up approximately 60% of the Mix Subscription menu, while the remaining 40% consists of other protein options.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within the time window provided in the application.

Once the order preparation has begun or the order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.

Subscription cancellations may apply only to future deliveries and will not affect orders already confirmed.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in certain cases, including:

  • Orders that were not delivered

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Quality issues reported within a reasonable time

Refund requests may be reviewed by the FittPub support team. Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as account credit.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

11. Nutritional Information

Nutritional values and calorie information displayed on the platform are provided for informational purposes only.

They should not be considered medical or dietary advice. Users with allergies or specific dietary needs should verify ingredients before consuming any product.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the FittPub platform —including logos, branding, design, text, images, and software— is the property of FittPub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

13. Changes to the Terms

FittPub may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, policies, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
